Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

Archon Systems LLC wants everyone to be able to use our websites, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

Scope

This statement covers buildarchon.com and the client portal at client.buildarchon.com, including project intake, agreement signing, and project status pages.

What we do

• Text and interface colors meet WCAG AA contrast ratios in both light and dark themes.
• Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator.
• Form fields have labels, and errors are announced to screen readers.
• Animation is reduced when your device requests reduced motion.
• Pages use landmarks and headings so assistive technology can navigate them.
• We test with automated accessibility tools (axe-core) on desktop and mobile before releases.

Known limitations

Our testing is automated and has not yet included a full manual audit with screen readers. If something does not work for you, we want to know.
